Coffee Chiffon Cake

When I was a kid, I still remember there is a group of my mom's friends came over to our house to teach mom how to bake chiffon cake using Stainless Steel Pot. The most I remember is when the mention that the egg whites have to be whisked until stiff and where you can invert it and it wont fall. That is how I got the understanding of making chiffon cake.

Since I bought my oven this is my first time baking chiffon cake, the result is good or at least better than what I expected. The texture of the cake is so soft and it taste nice, just that it's a bit moist. I will reduced 1 tbsp water from the recipe the next time I bake it.
