3D Modelling for Charity Sales

My niece is participating in a Charity Sales this weekend, so last Thursday
she asked me to do 25pcs of 3D cartoon for the charity sales.
All the money collected 100% goes charity fund whereby will be donate to orphanages.
I was so excited and feel very happy as I get to do something I like
and yet I'm contributing to the community.

This Fullmoon Cupcakes ordered by Belinda for her friend baby's fullmoon.
When I first got this order, I'm so excited and happy. She never request any
design just let do freely with my own creativity. So I did some researched online
and I started doing the 3D Figure Modelling right away.

This is how the whole cupcakes looks like. I have been cracking my head on how to
do the wording on the cuppies. Finally, I feel that this is the best as I do not wish
to cramped everything into a tiny cakes.

Here's the Christmas Cupcakes that I baked and decorated today.

This time I used the vanilla cupcakes recipe that I got it online where swear by
lots of people who tried it.

Seriously as I'm not a professional, I never thought that I have make the biggest mistake
for overbeating the butter :P
No wonder my cakes always turn out dry and hard as rock. Thanks for my niece who
shared some tips with me.

My Birthday Cuppies

Ta daa.. My birthday Cupcakes!

This is the first time I bake my own birthday cakes. Lots of work and extremely messy but
big satisfaction...




for the cakes I used the Raisin Cupcakes recipe which is turn out great. However, the buttercream turn out not as good, the texture grainy and too soft which not suitable for decorating and the worst part is that it does not blend well with the coloring gel. By the way, I'm not using those cheapskate colouring. Who have good buttercream recipe do share with me :)

As for the deco, it's not my ideas. I'm just copy cat from those picture I search online.
