Ingredients :-
- Tiger Prawn - 250gm (10pcs medium size)
- Chopped Garlic - 3-4 cloves
- 2 tsp spoon Rice Wine
- Salt to taste
Methods :-
- Heat some oil in the wok and then add in chopped garlic. Fried till fragrant.
- Add in prawns, after awhile add rice wine and salt.
- Stir fried till cooked.
Serving size - 2 person.
